Shipping Policy

"PRE-ORDER" items can take 10-15 business days to ship not to include holidays and/or weekends. Note in the "DESCRIPTION" section of the item it will state if an item is "PRE-ORDER". However, orders are processed & shipped within 48 business hours by UPS or USPS. Any order received after the close of business or the weekend will process & ship within 72 business hours.

"Shipping" is a service provided by the United States Postal Service or UPS and not of ICon Fashion Boutique.  Once we turn your package over to USPS or UPS  an email is sent to you with your tracking information. ALL inquiries AFTER your item has shipped must be addressed to USPS or UPS not ICon Fashion Boutique. Please have your tracking number available when you contact USPS or UPS online, by phone, or in person at your local branch. Please note USPS & UPS are closed on major holidays and DO NOT deliver on Sundays. Be advised, when ordering on weekends and holidays your order will process within 24-48 business hours.
